Could not be happier with our experience with Factory Rep Blinds! Dana was excellent in her knowledge of products and helpful ideas for window coverings. Communication was excellent which for us is really imperative. Installers were very professional and wanted to be sure we were happy and love our new window coverings, especially the Smart Drapes!

Dana is the BEST! We have had her help with two homes that had a lot of windows. Both times she put in a ton of time and effort to help us get a combination of exactly what we wanted! Her great taste and design experience made it easier to navigate all the choices and we are over the moon with the product materials, textures and colors we ended up picking. The installers triple checked that everything was accurate and aligned. Our blinds cost less with her than other groups and our results are just awesome.
